Angela Brown
Angie's Elite Cleaning Services

Every now and then, you hear a story that takes you right back to what really matters.
This is one of those.

This is Angie.

How It Really Started

Angie didn’t start a business because she wanted to.
She started because she had to.

She had $10 in her pocket, a mop and a bucket, and a vacuum cleaner from home.

No plan. No experience.
Just grit, determination, and the willingness to do whatever it took.

Her first client said they’d pay her $50.
She remembers thinking — I’ll be able to feed my child.

Then came another $50.

And another.

And another.

That’s how it started.

One Client at a Time

There was no big launch.
No strategy.
Just working all day cleaning… and figuring it out as she went.

She built a simple website.

Her first proper client — Carol — is still with her today.
That was 2014.

Growing Something Real

By 2016, Angie took on her first employee.

Ashlea.

And Ashlea is still with her today — now running the office.

From those early days to now…

47 employees.
Around 500 regular domestic clients.

Along with aged care, NDIS, Defence housing, and commercial work across the region.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

Built Around People

What Angie has created isn’t just a cleaning business.
It’s a place where people are given a chance.

Mums who need flexible hours.
People coming out of domestic violence.
Individuals living with disability.

When they interview, the focus isn’t on ticking boxes.

It’s simple:

What days can you work?
What hours suit your life?
And the work is built around that.

More Than Cleaning

Yes, they do hoarder cleans.
Yes, they service homes, businesses, and large contracts.

But what they really do is simple — and rare.

They show up.
They do what they say they’ll do.
And they care.

Why It Keeps Growing

Angie is always open to new work.
Because growth isn’t just about business.

It’s about people.

Every new client means:
Another job.
Another opportunity.
Another person supported.

A Final Thought

From $50 to $50 to $50…
From a mop and bucket…

To 47 employees…

This isn’t just a business story.
It’s what happens when someone does whatever it takes — and keeps going.
